Product Description

The issue of dust carried on unpaved haul roads and dust particle emissions under PM-10 has received significant attention in recent years due to its enormous effect on global air quality.

Especially in areas considered to be major dust emitters, such as quarries, mines, dirt roads, construction sites, landfills and waste processing sites, where vehicle traffic causes drastic changes in soil stability, resulting in aeolian (wind-borne) drift and emissions of large amounts of dust into the atmosphere.

Awareness of the direct and indirect damage of dust emissions to global ecosystems and humans is increasing. Current global estimates of soil erosion and natural dust elevation in the atmosphere are still very approximate, but range from 500 to 3000 million tons per year, while human activity aggravates air pollution by 20%-50% and exceeds the limit approved by environmental law enforcement authorities in several places in Israel and around the world.

Application instructions

  1. Clean the surface of dirt, grease and loose corrosion. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry completely.
  2. For deep cleaning of noodles, wipe with a cloth soaked in at least 70% clean alcohol. Component A of nano-coatings with a high concentration of 99% is recommended
  3. Before mixing, it is mandatory to mix part A and part B separately for one minute.
  4. Pour part B into part A and mix for 2 minutes. Let the material sit for 8 to 10 minutes to allow air bubbles to escape until it becomes completely clear.
  5. On a clean, dry surface, apply 80-100 microns each in 2 coats (160-200 microns total) with a regular HLVP brush/roller/air system. Apply a second coat 45-90 minutes after the first coat has set but is still slightly tacky. Do not let the first coat dry completely; this will not allow the second coat to be applied. For use in a marine environment, it is recommended to apply a third coat
  6. During application it is mandatory to continue mixing the mixture every few minutes.
  7. Dilution: Not necessary. However, up to 15% extra of Part B may be added to increase drying time.
  8. Working temperatures: 5-40 degrees Celsius (41-104 F)
  9. Working time after mixing (at room temperature of 20 degrees): 6-8 hours
  10. Drying time (at room temperature of 20 degrees Celsius (68 F) to touch): 5-10 hours. Final 48-96 hours, depending on ambient temperature and humidity
  11. Drying/hardening mechanism: natural without external means. However, it can be faster using infrared means.
  12. Do not apply if rain is expected within 96 hours of application.
