Nano-coating for non-ferrous metals

MAIN PROPERTIES

An invisible super tine 25-50 nm top layer protective coating for non-ferrous metals such as taps, bathroom, kitchen accessories, car wheel rims, industrial applications, narrow objects like A/C Condensers and evaporators ,vehicle and truck radiators provides fewer dirt surfaces, less maintenance thereby enable easy removal and cleaning of stainless steel, chrome/nickel, aluminum, copper, brass ,soft and galvanized metals etc

– Invisible skinny inorganic coating in a unique hybrid cross-link structure

– Does not harm the Air condition condenser or car and truck radiator functions and does    not affect the heat passing

– Durable and excellent UV resistance

– “Anti-sticking” feature – for maximum protection against soot, dust, mud, salinity, lime scale, water stains, and oiliness.

– Keeps the natural luster of plated surfaces for a longer time.

– Less maintenance and economical – provides easy cleaning using a damp cloth or water pressure for industrial uses without the need for harmful detergents

– Self & easy cleaning feature during rain – rain will clean the surface.

– Reduces and eases cleaning fingerprints and greasiness. (For super easy removal, it is recommended to use CW-101 + microfiber cloth).

– Curing at ambient temperature

Application Instructions

1) For easy cleaning, it is recommended to use Nano Z products. To clean the scale, use Z-200   and Z-300 to clean soot, dust, oils, grease, etc.

2) Rinse well with clean water and dry immediately using a hot fan gun or dry cloth.

3) For an initial deep cleaning step, use CW-101. Use spraying or the attached cloth (included in the DIY kit only) and clean thoroughly.

Wait 2-3 minutes for it to evaporate, and dry the residue with a hot fan gun or a dry cloth.

4) On chrome, stainless, etc, spray the nano-coating and disperse without applying pressure, gently and thoroughly using the non-woven cloth (provided in the DIY kit) in a circular motion (like polishing). Do not apply pressure otherwise, the coating will be absorbed by the cloth and not by the surface.

For an industrial application or on narrow objects like A/C Condensers and evaporators and car and truck radiators, use a thin spray gun.

5) Immediate clean any residue and wait 15 – 25 minutes for complete crystallization.

6) For polishing on chrome, stainless, etc, use a new clean non-woven cloth (provided in the DIY kit only) very gently, in circular motions. Do not apply pressure otherwise, the coating will be absorbed by the cloth and not by the surface.

For industrial uses, this section is not relevant. Just let it dry in ambient temp

7) Drying time: For touch, 1 – 2 h.   Final drying 24 h

8) If an application mistake happens or the coating needs to be renewed, repeat the process from the beginning.

Maintenance after coating

For industrial uses, water presser Max of 80 bar.

For all other cleaning purposes, use a water-damp microfiber cloth without detergents in circular polishing applications without applying force until a shiny appearance is achieved.

Coverage capacity

80-120 square meters per liter, depending on the type and texture of the surface and the method of application.
