Product Description

NCC – a massive water-based thermo-elastic coating designed with a unique cross-link structure for sealing, insulating, blocking, and reflecting the warming solar radiation (IR) and UV radiation in extreme conditions (e.g., in the desert).

NCC sheds and returns up to 80% UV and 60% IR heat and radiation, and thus, an excellent insulation barrier prevents the accumulation of heat inside buildings and facilities, resulting in significant energy savings needed for cooling and heating.

NCC- is a precise 4-mixture of selected thermo-ceramic materials combined with titanium primary pigment that creates the most advanced material in the world due to unique development. This combination simulates a “mirror” effect that reflects IR radiation and produces a very strong insulating and sealing capacity, mechanical stability, and extraordinary flexibility. Blocking 80% solar ultraviolet (UV) and reducing 60% infrared wave (IR) results in a remarkable heat reduction and natural insulation at levels that no combination or composition of material has yet achieved. 

 These ultra-performance properties provide NCC with the amazing and unique ability to reduce temperature by up to 15% and save energy by up to 10%, depending on the surface, its initial thickness, and the number of layers on structures made of stone, concrete, blocks, asbestos, metal, wood, most plastics, and more. As the number of layers increases, the insulation value will increase.

The meaning is excellent financial savings, primarily when it is known that each Celsius degree equals 5% energy savings!

NCC protects against corrosion, provides thermal insulation, and reduces condensation in air conditioning ducts, gas, water, and air piping.

NCC protects people against burns and heat damage from hot boilers and pipes up to 90c/194F.

NCC is non-flammable and creates a strong and flexible membrane layer that radically reduces the expansion and contraction of the coated surface caused by extreme temperature changes, thus helping to prevent cracks and fractures.

NCC dries and adheres quickly and efficiently to most materials (in exceptional cases, a water-diluted primer can be prepared from the material itself)

NCC is resistant to mold, fungus, green, and algae, environmentally friendly, water-based, without solvents, and with a shallow level of volatility (VOC = 0.27 LB/GL) designed according to the American standard ASTM-6083.

NCC is an excellent noise insulator up to 15db depending on the surface thickness and number of layers, and, therefore, can be used on metal, tin, wood, and most plastic roofs

– External and internal walls and ceilings directly on concrete, blocks, plaster, asbestos, metal, aluminum, wood, most plastic, and more without the fear of “pulling” the coating down and stripping 

– Sealing and insulating buildings and roofs made of asbestos, cement blocks, metal, wood, most plastic, concrete, cement board, sewer pipes, and tare cotta.

– Chicken coops, barns, ships, port facilities, containers, factories, sheds, containers, mobile buildings, wooden buildings, etc.

– For plants and facilities with many piping and tanks that require integrated protection against corrosion with significant massive thermal insulation and temperature reduction, such as AC, water, gas, oil piping, drilling rigs, gas tanks, petrochemical industries, etc.

– For refrigerated containers in trucks, rooms, etc.

– To insulate air conditioning and heating ducts.

Application instructions

 

  1. Apply to a clean, dry surface. Remove dirt, scale, mold, rust, loose and peeling paint, oil, or other contaminants. 

For deep cleaning, it is recommended to use water-based Z-300, rinse thoroughly with water pressure, and wait for complete drying. It can be applied to new concrete after complete curing ( at least 28 days curing) 

 

  1. Apply by brush, roller, or air spray equipment. Airless will require a minimum pressure of 2500 psi and a nozzle diameter of 0.6-0.7 mm with a wet coating thickness of 12 mils per layer * 2 = 24 mils (0.6 mm) wet or 12 mils = 0.3 mm dry.

 

  1. Filtering is not necessary, but it is recommended that a 50-60 mesh filter be used when it is used.

 

  1. No need to dilute.

 

  1. Apply at least two thick layers. When necessary, primer should done as a first layer by diluting with water to light liquid, followed by two thick layers, without dilution, to create a two-and-a-half layers pattern until a complete filler is obtained. Adding layers will improve protection and insolation, especially in challenging conditions. Do not apply on soaked surfaces or at temperatures surface below 10 degrees Celsius or if rain is expected within at least 24 hours
